Hi, I am Ifaadat Toufiq.
I am an award winning photographer from Tanzania. I was born on a small island called Zanzibar along the east African coast. I am 23 years old. I Spending almost my whole life in Zanzibar, surrounded with the ocean and trees did mot make me any less attracted to nature.
I started photography with a phone for almost two years until i got my first camera. At first i thought a camera is all i needed to be a photographer but that was not the case. Being a girl, from Zanzibar it was not much common to see female photographers. I wanted to be an example to other young girls that photography is not just a profession for guys.
